| Description: | The individual is responsible for managing the definition, and ensuring the effective and efficient implementation of key software applications targeted at internal operations. The individual will also be responsible for the incorporation of operational requirements in all aspects of the company’s service offerings. |
| Duties: | - Managing roadmaps and documenting requirements for core internal business applications.
- Working closely with the subject matter expert for each product/application, the Product Manager will solicit input from other related departments and document system requirements.
- The Product Manager will work closely with the business analyst group to develop detailed requirements documents and represent the operations team with the engineering, quality assurance and project management organizations to ensure the effective implementation of the key operational systems.
- This position will report to the Executive Vice President, Operations and in this capacity will collaborate on the overall systems roadmap and project prioritization.
- The principal software systems covered by this position will include, among others payment processing, risk management, CRM and reporting applications.
- This position is a senior individual contributor role which will work closely with senior management and executive management.

| Qualifications: | - Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a quantitative or technical discipline
- At least 7 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years of experience in a software or technology environment
- Prior project management experience.
- Good writing skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work with senior management and influence peers
- Experience in product management or technical documentation is a plus
